CUSTOMER ADVISORY FROM CP RAIL, February 7, 2018

With the track outage on Laggan Subdivision, east of Field, BC now cleared, CP has enacted our start up plan.

Our Operations team will be focusing on network recovery over next several days to regain operational fluidity.
CP is currently:
• Continuing to reroute trains where possible to improve service levels.
• Addressing imbalanced railcar supply, particularly in Vancouver while our network resets.
• Monitoring on dock dwell as a result of the railcar imbalance.
• Balancing heated equipment levels. Supply of 40’ PPS units is strong in Toronto.
Customers can expect delays of 48 to 72 hours beyond which we can expect to be operating under normal conditions.
