WEATHER ALERT FOR EAST COAST – December 18, 2018

Widespread weather warnings and alerts remain in effect in Atlantic Canada as a slow moving system brings a prolonged period of snow, rain and strong winds to the region. Dangerous travel conditions shut down several schools in the Maritimes as the system moves slowly northeastward and more significant snow falls through Tuesday. Meanwhile, Newfoundland sees warmer temperatures and rain push in, but not for long.
