MANAGEMENT CHANGES M-O OPERATIONS.

Sukha Matharu, Vice-President, Operations, General Freight is pleased to announce the following
Effective Monday May 6th, 2019, Todd Ryckman will join our team to become Director of Operations for our Brampton Terminal. Todd previously worked with Day and Ross in various roles of increasing responsibility. We are very excited to have someone with Todd’s experience, background and knowledge to assist us in pushing our initiatives forward.
In addition to the above I would also like to announce the Promotion of Craig Fougere to the position of Regional Manager Atlantic Canada. In this new role Craig will be working closely alongside myself seeking efficiencies, process improvement, implementing KPI’s and managing our day to day business in Atlantic Canada. Craig will now have additional responsibilities with our facilities in Moncton, Saint John NB as well as our partner agents.
Lastly, we will also like to announce the promotion of Corey Tattersall to Operations Manager for our Moncton Terminal. Most of you have already worked with Corey in his current capacity. During his tenure Corey has been instrumental in setting up operations in our Vancouver Terminal as well as our transition in Calgary. Corey has covered a wide range of operational roles in our Moncton Facility and we are excited to have him assist in pushing our initiatives forward.

MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT – April 15, 2019

Rick Robertson, General Manager of M-O COLDChain, a division of Maritime Ontario Freightlines Limited (M-O) announces the following management change.

Maria Botelho has been promoted to the role of Manager, Safety and Compliance.
In her role, Maria will oversee all aspects of Driver & Fleet Compliance & company Health and Safety practices.
She will manage, develop and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE within Maritime Ontario are adhered to.

Chris Walker, President Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines Limited (M-O) announces the following management changes.

RICK ROBERTSON, currently General Manager COLDChain, a division of Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines, has assumed additional responsibilities to now include a senior leadership role, managing the companies’ claims and OS&D department, in addition to the day-to-day leadership he provides to his COLDChain team. Rick’s significant industry experience and exceptional attention to detail will enable him to develop the necessary processes and measurements in keeping with the corporate objectives of the company.

STEVE SNOW, currently Vice-President, Sales & Marketing assumes full responsibility for the M-O customer service department, in addition to his role in sales & marketing. This change is in keeping with the corporate objective to provide our customers with a “best in class” team of customer service professionals, while developing a national customer service company standard.

Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines Limited (“M-O”) is pleased to announce our ongoing support to MADD Canada (“Mothers Against Drunk Driving / MADD”) with an additional 3-year commitment totaling $75,000.00.

MADD Canada was formed in 1989 to create a national network of victims/survivors and concerned citizens working to stop impaired driving and to support victims/survivors of this violent crime. MADD works to achieve its mission on a number of fronts:

• Victim/Survivor Services
• Youth Services
• Public awareness and Education
• Public policy
• Technology

This donation will be provided through the Graham Munro Charitable Foundation (“GMCF”), a private registered Canadian foundation established in 1986 by the shareholders of M-O. These type of donations help support MADD’s Campaign 911 efforts which encourage the public to call 911 when they see a suspected impaired driver on the roads and waterways. This keeps all of us safer because statistics show that charge rates for impaired driving go up by 30% when people call 911. More info on Campaign 911 can be found at www.madd.ca. The Graham Munro Charitable Foundation – October 22, 2018

The Graham Munro Charitable Foundation donates $500,000 to supply chain management studies at Laurier

WATERLOO – The Graham Munro Charitable Foundation announced a donation of $500,000 to Wilfrid Laurier
University’s Lazaridis School of Business and Economics. The gift, announced Oct. 22, will advance research and
education in supply chain management.

“This is a game changer for Laurier and businesses in our region,” said Deborah MacLatchy, Laurier president
and vice-chancellor. “With this support, Laurier and the Graham Munro Charitable Foundation will cultivate the
next generation of leaders in supply chain management.”
The donation will name the M-O (Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines Limited) director at Laurier’s Centre for Supply
Chain Management, a role that will foster awareness of the supply chain management profession among
students and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with industry to support teaching excellence and
research.

“The field of supply chain management is changing at a rapid pace and requires fresh talent, innovation and a
competitive edge to keep the economy growing,” said Doug Munro, president, Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines
Limited. “Partnering with Laurier to provide students with the best education for career success is a win-win for
everyone. We are excited to help students break into their professions with their best foot forward and
invigorate industry with the sharpest and best-trained minds.”
In addition to the directorship, the donation will fuel incentive scholarships to attract national and international
graduate students, and will also support the Lazaridis Supply Chain Association, a new student association that
provides its members with experiential learning opportunities, applied research projects at industry companies,
and connections to professional associations.

M-O ANNOUNCES ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT CAPITAL INVESTMENT IN EQUIPMENT

August 31st, 2018.

Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines Limited (M-O), committed to providing “Best in Class” transportation solutions, is pleased to announce the purchase of one hundred and fifty (150) – 53 foot DRY domestic intermodal containers, and seventy (70) intermodal container chassis. This current capital investment reflects an expenditure of $4.1 Million dollars, and follows our November 2017 release, wherein we announced an expenditure of $18 Million dollars, for both intermodal containers and highway trailers.

The current order of intermodal containers will be provided by CIMC located in Qingdao, China and will arrive via the Port of Vancouver prior to the end of August 2018, and deployed into full service prior to the end of September 2018. The container chassis are being manufactured by Max-Atlas Equipment Inc., located in Saint-Jean-sur Richelieu, QC, and will be in service during the month of October 2018.

MARITIME-ONTARIO RELOCATES TO NEW CALGARY TERMINAL AND APPOINTS NEW REGIONAL MANAGER FOR ALBERTA

Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines (M-O FreightWORKS), is pleased to announce the opening of its new Calgary, AB terminal. The terminal is located at 2206 20th Ave., NE in the central north east part of Calgary, providing quick access to Highway 1, Deerfoot Trail North, and Barlow Trail NE. This facility is situated on a 5.76 acre site, fully paved and fenced, while providing ample secure trailer parking.

This facility is yet another testament to the commitment to customers across Canada, providing high quality & efficient operating terminals to meet and exceed, the ever evolving and increasingly stringent food handling and transportation regulations.

Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines is also pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Brown, whom has assumed the role as Regional Manager, Alberta effective July 3rd, 2018. Patrick has an extensive background in transportation and will be a great addition to our Calgary team.
